All treatments take a holistic approach, including therapeutic touch in massage. Together we can try to identify and start to address any problems or issues that you may have with the intention of putting you on a better road to health and well being.

Baby massage aids baby's development and growth and has many other benefits too. These include helping with colic, teething, fractious crying, sleep, as well as enhancing the bond between parent/carer and baby.
During 4 x 1 hour classes held over a 4 week period, you will be shown how to correctly massage your baby, the best times to massage, when to avoid massage, the benefits of massage and common ailments. You will be shown the moves and then practice them until you are confident, receivng individual attention. Each week there will be a recap on the previous week to ensure you are completely comfortable before moving on to the next part. Further details

Aromatherapy Massage
We are also introducing Aromatherapy Massage this month. Using Kinesiology techniques the body itself can tell which essential oils will be of most benefit to it. A full body massage with blended aromatherapy oils will be £39 - during May it will be an introductory price of £33, so you can see how it will benefit you. Please add between 5-515 minutes to the massage time, this time allows the body to select the essential oils to be used.
ALSO ADDED TO FACIALS . . . .
Included in the Skin Balancing Express Facial and the Signature Facial upwards, is a Clarisonic Deep Cleanse. The skin is cleansed up to 6 times better than regular cleansing, removing all traces of dirt, make up and pollution. It will leave the skin feeling soft and smooth.

BABY MASSAGE
Baby Massage Classes. 4 x 1hr classes over 4 weeks. For babies aged 8 weeks to 12 months. Learn how to massage your baby to aid its development and growth. It will also aid with colic, teething, fractious crying, sleep and increases the parent/baby bond. Stretching and Reflexology are also incorporated into the class! Children & Teen Pamper Parties (age 10 – 17 years old)
Stuck for something different to do for a birthday or birthday party? How about a bit of pampering for the birthday girl and her best friend(s)?
You can choose from manicures, pedicures, facials and massage.
Massage is a relaxing, well-being treatment enjoyed by any age, however, permission from a parent/guardian of those having a massage under the age of 18 must be obtained and a supervising female adult must be present during the treatment.
These parties are also aimed at teaching the girls how to take care of their nails and skin.
Each treatment will last approximately 20 minutes for ages 10 – 13 years; and 30 minutes for 14 – 17 years.
Pampering is £30 per hour. Please call to learn more about pamper parties.

Child Care
If you are unable to find child care for your treatment, you may bring your child(ren), on the understanding that you are fully responsible for them whilst at Orchard.
Gift Vouchers are also available. These make the perfect gift for friends and family. Pamper them as a special treat. Available from £10 and can be used against any treatment offered.
Mobile service - if it easier for you and you live within a reasonable distance, then Orchard can come to you for your treatments. There is a charge for mobile service which is dependent on location. Female clients only.
Loyalty Scheme* - earn discounted treatments by remaining a customer. For every visit when paying for full price treatments, you will receive a credit. Earn 6 credits and you will receive 25% off your next treatment. (Loyalty Scheme Discount may not be used in conjunction with another offer or for packages/courses).
You can also earn credits by referring friends or family.
Girlie night / morning /afternoon - at your place!
Invite 2 to 6 friends round, more if you want, set up some drinks and nibbles and chat away. In the background, each of you can have a treatment of your choice. The treatments will take half an hour each, so maybe you might even want two. It is recommended that you go for the relaxing treatments like a facial or a massage – treatments such as these seem to go well with the setting. But it is your choice! Please call for prices.
